BUYING AT THE ESTATE CENTER, LLC
Mr. Jerry Rosato (formerly of Hampshire House Auction Co.) started our Auction Division over 40 years ago, allowing dealers and individuals in the area a wide variety of antiques and collectibles which to preview and bid on every 4 to 6 weeks. Over the last three decades, Mr. Rosato has strived to create a reputable, honest, and entertaining auction experience and is known throughout the South to be honest and fair, something we feel is a priority with each client, whether buying or selling.
Our auctions include a wide variety of antiques and collectibles from numerous historical eras consigned primarily from estate and private collections. We normally conduct a 1 to 2 day auction every 4 to 6 weeks and average between 500-1500 lots per sale.
We do charge a 10% buyer’s premium. All credit card purchases will add 3% to your buyer’s premium.
Our auctions are known for their entertaining and quick pace. In order to prevent paper waste and added expenses, we do not provide sale catalogues. If you would like to bring a detailed listing with you, we recommend printing a copy of our inventory listing with an estimate of value and bringing it with you on the day of the sale.
We highly recommend viewing the items in person during one of our preview times. If you are unable to attend the auction in person, we do provide an absentee and or/phone bid service.

There will be a buyer’s premium of 10% + 3% if paying by credit card.
Items are sold as is, where is. On the fall of the auctioneer’s hammer, the highest bidder shall be deemed to have purchased the lot in accordance with the Conditions of Sale. All sales are final. Where possible, significant damage is mentioned but does not include all faults and imperfections. Unless stated in the catalogue description, lampshades and keys are not included.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
There are any number of nice motels within 5 minutes of The Estate Center at I-55 exit 32 and I-12 exit 40.
