• Appraisals of Personal Property for insurance, liquidation, divorce settlement, charitable contribution or sale.  (Dr. David Schwab is a member of the Certified Appraisors Guild of America and has over 40 years experience in this area.)
• Estate Sales:  We will price and sell all of the items in any estate situation.  Our estate sale division is known as Clean Sweep Estate Sales and it means just what it says.
• Lamp Repair at our Thomas Street location.
