Appraisals
On-site Certified Appraiser, Dr. David Schwab, has over 60 years of appraisal experience. Dr. Schwab has helped many law firms appraise assets for divorces, downsizing, and probates. His expertise include but are not limited to jewelry, antiques, glassware, and art. He is there to help ease the process of assessing and liquidating personal property due to the loss of a loved one.

Property Clearing
If an estate sale isn’t the best option for you, we also help with clearing your property. We transport anything of value to our store to sell, get rid of trash, deliver donations, and leave your home “broom clean”. Most clearings take about four days.
Estate Sales
When downsizing, moving, divorce, bankruptcy, or death occurs, our experienced staff are ready to help liquidate your estate. We specialize in on-site estate sales and utilize our expertise and resources to accommodate your needs ensuring a profit.
